Meet Our Team

Cory and Brooke have been the owners of ECTS since 2005 when they acquired the business after Brooke's mother passed away. Their passion for business has given Eagle Creek an edge in the Home Health Therapy market.  The Capertons' business backgrounds and therapy experience provide Eagle Creek with a unique quality to offer exceptional therapy as well as the highest standard of services.  

Cory graduated from Texas A & M University with a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Development.  His passion for business has grown over the years and he is a compassionate and strong leader of the ECTS team.  As CEO of Eagle Creek, Cory oversees daily business operations, new hiring, business management and accounting.  His dedication to ethical and quality business practices has truly placed ECTS as a leader in the Home Health Therapy market.  

Brooke graduated from Hardin-Simmons University with a degree in International Business.  She has experience in clinical billing, business and case management as well as extensive operations management.  As Business Development Director of Eagle Creek, Brooke oversees business development, marketing, and quality control. Her role keeps ECTS updated on the latest insurance/medicare changes and guidelines.  Her dedication to quality control both in the office as well as the home health setting, has helped ECTS to provide the highest standard of services to home health agencies.  

In their spare time Cory and Brooke enjoy family time with their three beautiful boys.

Jill joined the Eagle Creek family in June of 2021. She has been in the home health industry since October of 2014. She was introduced to the therapy world by her older sister, who she worked closely by for 7 years and has had a passion for the industry, ever since. She loves that she is able to help provide the best care for our patients.

Jill has a beautiful family who she loves and enjoys spending her free time with. Tony, her husband, their 2 boys, Dylan and Carter and their family dog, Allie. 

Amy joined the ECTS team in 2014 as Quality Assurance nurse. She graduated from Texas Tech University in 2005 with her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and began her career as a registered nurse in the ICU, which she has loved for the last 10 years.

Amy is in charge of quality assurance and chart auditing.  She is an essential part of keeping ECTS relevant in an ever changing healthcare market. 

In her spare time, her 3 young boys, baby girl and husband keep her busy and very entertained.
