Cory and Brooke have been the owners of ECTS since 2005 when they acquired the business after Brooke's mother passed away. Their passion for business has given Eagle Creek an edge in the Home Health Therapy market. The Capertons' business backgrounds and therapy experience provide Eagle Creek with a unique quality to offer exceptional therapy as well as the highest standard of services.
Cory graduated from Texas A & M University with a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Development. His passion for business has grown over the years and he is a compassionate and strong leader of the ECTS team. As CEO of Eagle Creek, Cory oversees daily business operations, new hiring, business management and accounting. His dedication to ethical and quality business practices has truly placed ECTS as a leader in the Home Health Therapy market.
Brooke graduated from Hardin-Simmons University with a degree in International Business. She has experience in clinical billing, business and case management as well as extensive operations management. As Business Development Director of Eagle Creek, Brooke oversees business development, marketing, and quality control. Her role keeps ECTS updated on the latest insurance/medicare changes and guidelines. Her dedication to quality control both in the office as well as the home health setting, has helped ECTS to provide the highest standard of services to home health agencies.
In their spare time Cory and Brooke enjoy family time with their three beautiful boys.
During the course of her collegiate career, Bethany worked with Eagle Creek as an office assistant starting in 2004. She then graduated from Baylor University in 2008 with a B.S. in Education. She continued her work with ECTS, as a case manager, with Brooke and Cory, at the Waco branch of Eagle Creek. In 2011, Bethany moved to Dallas to grow the DFW branch of ECTS. Her expertise in the home health sector has placed ECTS as a top competitor in the DFW home health therapy market. Bethany's passion for Eagle Creek and the therapy business comes from her love for her mother, founder of ECTS, who passed away in 2005. She loves and enjoys her leadership role within Eagle Creek and looks forward to continuing to grow the company with her family.
As the Director of Operations, Bethany manages the daily clinical operations, scheduling, and quality assurance for the therapists and home health agencies. She also oversees and manages the office staff's daily operations.
Bethany enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews as well as outdoor activities and traveling.
A Florida native, Steven Golden is a physical therapist assistant that takes pride in offering patients the best care available. As director of operations and co-owner of ECTS Florida Steven is passionate about providing therapy solutions for those in need.
Steven graduated in 2014 with his applied science degree in physical therapist assistant. There he was class president and impacted the community with various food drives and volunteering to feed the hungry.
Throughout Steven's career, he has experienced multiple settings and has grown to enjoy home health. He feels patients are most comfortable in their home. Because of this, he sees greater progression towards their prior level of function and carryover to home exercise program compliance. Home is a great place to increase safety awareness and provide patients with the tools needed after discharge.
Steven is a father of twins Brody and McKinney. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor adventures with his wife Liz. Spending time with his family is something he doesn’t take for granted and cherishes those momen
Amy joined the ECTS team in 2014 as Quality Assurance nurse. She graduated from Texas Tech University in 2005 with her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and began her career as a registered nurse in the ICU, which she has loved for the last 10 years.
Amy is in charge of quality assurance and chart auditing. She is an essential part of keeping ECTS relevant in an ever changing healthcare market.
In her spare time, her 3 young boys, baby girl and husband keep her busy and very entertained.
Helen joined the Eagle Creek team as a PTA in April of 2014. In 2020, she became the Quality Assurance manager while still continuing to treat patients. Helen was a flight attendant based in Phoenix, AZ for 10 years before she began her journey as a stay-at-home mom, raising her 2 children. She then made the decision to return to school to complete her degree and graduated from Tarrant County College in 2004 with an Associates Degree in Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Helen has worked in multiple settings, including home health, rehab and outpatient clinics which has afforded her an extensive background in manual therapy and orthopedics. Helen says that her current work in home health has been challenging and very rewarding for her. She is very motivated and loves to change patients’ perspectives on adding life to the years they have left and not just adding years to their life!
Helen has a wonderful family that she loves to spend time with that includes her husband, Michael, who has been an Engineer for 30 years, her 26 year old son, Mitchell, who resides in Flower Mound, and her 28 year old daughter, Samantha, who resides in Houston. The Seversons are an outdoor family with a passion for downhill skiing, kayaking, hiking and they all have the travel bug!
